This hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of the city, just a stone's throw away from the bustling Plaza de Armas. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities you need, including heating for those chilly nights. The price I paid for a room with a double bed was great value for money.
No improvements needed, everything was fine.

Lovely little hotel located in a trendy area near to the Plaza de Armas, which is pretty convinient, the main square, many restaurants, all the shops, and also near, and bars and clubs which were mostly in a sidestreet. Superfriendly and amiable staff with smiles. Very central location, just a short stroll away from a main church.

The value for money at this hotel was fantastic, especially considering the great location and excellent service. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff treated us with politeness and warmth throughout our stay.
The hotel breakfast menu could use a bit more variety and options.

The room I got was small, without windows and very cold. After 10pm there was no hot water. The location is good, but other than that it was terrible.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the center of the city and had a great experience. Firstly, the location was perfect - just steps away from the plaza des armas. Secondly, the rooms were comfortable and clean, with our own covered balcony. And finally, the staff were attentive and friendly, always ready to help with any small request.
All in all, everything was alright with this hotel.

We recently stayed at a hotel in Cusco that was conveniently located near the main square and San Pedro market. It was a short walk to both attractions, making it easy for us to explore the city. The staff was helpful and friendly, even calling us a taxi to the airport when we needed it. The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom. The complimentary breakfast offered a variety of options and was a great way to start our day. the location and service provided a positive experience for our family.
There was one downside to our stay. The hotel was located on a street with several nightclubs, so there was some noise in the evenings.

The hotel is conveniently located near the main square and offers easy access to restaurants, shops, and tour departure points. It is a great base for exploring the city and taking day trips. The staff is helpful and accommodating, offering services such as luggage storage and airport transfers. The breakfast options are good and the rooms are clean and comfortable, with amenities like space heaters and jacuzzi tubs available in some rooms.
The thin walls in some rooms can result in noise disturbances from neighboring rooms.

I stayed at Hotel Rojas Inn for 6 days with my family, including 3 young kids. The hotel was exceptionally clean, quiet, and the staff were lovely. The location was perfect, just 200 meters from Plaza Mayor, and yet it felt calm and peaceful. The breakfasts were fantastic, with a great variety every day. We were even able to take our breakfast to go when we had early tours. The rooms were comfortable and had everything we needed for a great stay. an amazing experience!
Would recommend this hotel.

The breakfast was superb! The hot food, especially the eggs, were cooked to my liking and there were plenty of options for all dietary needs. Additionally, the staff was very accommodating and helpful. They provided packed breakfasts for early-morning tours and even paid for a taxi when I wasn't picked-up as promised. The location is also a real plus, as it's close to many shops and restaurants.
The noise was unbearable at times, especially on weekends. There was a club nearby that had loud music until the early hours of the morning, which made it difficult to sleep.

This hotel in the heart of the city center is a great choice for young families. The rooms are nice and large, perfect for families with kids. The location is ideal, close to the plaza, restaurants, and shops. The staff is lovely and the service is top-notch. We were especially impressed with the attention to detail, like having our own covered balcony with heating. The double bed and balcony added to the comfort of our stay.
All was just fine, no improvements needed.
